The North Face VE 25 3 person 4 season tent with footprint

No holes or tears. The foam is a little rough just from time but it still functions to be a barrier between the tent and rainfly. Has rain fly and steaks.Used only a few times it still has new smell. The seams do need to be resealed. This should be done every few years and is normal maintenance. It's a quick inexpensive project. See picture for floor seams. It is just water marks in the picture not stains on the floor. I wiped it out. I am the original owner and bought it from North face directly. The floor is made of a water proof barrier and feels a little sticky which is why I used the footprint on the inside. I have owned 3 of these tents and they have all been that way. A new one goes for over 750 plus the cost of the footprint. Let me know if you have any questions
