Moves but are a little tight on the scale.
Clamps securely when the thumb screw is tightened.
These have been stored since a family member's garage closed down in 1950.
The garage was open for 10 years and I am sure they had a good workout but have been stored away ever since.
Used vintage condition, normal scratches for this age.
